PASTILA ROZ (THE PINK PILL) IS A SATIRICAL, JOVIOUS AND INDIFFERENT GROUP MADE UP OF BEAVER, MARIAN CODREA AND ALEXANDRU-CLAUDIU MAXIM.

Beaver is a contemporary plastic artist. He studied graphics but is more interested and preoccupied with painting. In general, he works in oil, but he also experiments with other materials. Thematically and stylistically, he is very diverse: either he works meticulously and realistically, or strongly abstract. His ideational spectrum starts from baroque viscerality, passes through vulgar aesthetics and reaches an existential absurdity full of humour.

Marian is a super contemporary visual artist. He studied sculpture but is interested in making connections between “traditional” and “multimedia” sculpture. He uses technologies such as 3d scan/print and simulates realities that he transforms into sculptural objects.

Alexandru Claudiu Maxim born in 1990 is a video editor and visual artist. He is a member of the artistic group Pastila Roz and manager of The Art Machine – a limited-edition art vending machine. He graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Department of Communication and Public Relations. He constantly exhibits himself, individually and with the Pastila Roz group. He participated in exhibitions such as Art Safari 2019 – Young blood, Art Safari 2021 – Superheroes/Antiheroes.
