Mircea Modreanu graduated from the University of Art in Cluj and earned his Master’s Degree at the University of Art in Bucharest, where he continued his doctoral studies. Since 2015, he is one of the co-founders of D3M, a non-governmental organization created to support art projects. 

For the last two years, he has coordinated over 30 exhibitions at the gallery ETAJ | artist-run space.
